Ordering and your account

HAVILAH uses the contact information, order preferences and measurements you provide to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and fulfil confirmed orders. Account sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication. Order records are available only to the signed-in customer and authorized HAVILAH administrators.

Storage on your device

Your bag, wishlist, display preferences and region are saved in your browser. Sign-in storage keeps your account session. You can clear these through your browser settings. Avoid entering sensitive information on shared devices.

Optional analytics

Analytics is off unless you choose to allow it in Cookie settings. When enabled, it records visits, viewed designs, interactions and size selections. Browser language and time zone are approximate context, not verified physical location.

Email and external services

Newsletter updates require separate consent. WhatsApp, social-media links and Google sign-in are governed by their providers' privacy terms. An email update request opens your email application for you to send; it does not silently subscribe you.
